ONE IF BY LAND.... TWO IF BY SEA.

AKA, the disposing of King George W.

Capt. Steve Richter of Philadelphia has offered his services, gratis,in conjunction with the following endeavor.

Capt. Richter is aharbor pilot for the ports of New York, Philadelphia, and numerous other US ports. The Endeavor as now envisioned: The call is out for yet another massive demonstration in Washington D.C. calling for peace and impeachment. Sept. 15, '07 is the date set.

This will coincide with the mandated "report of the surge" to be delivered to the congress.

How interesting it would be to have a 100' to 150; tug and barge motor up the Potomac River to be an integral part of this planned action.

The tug and barge would be a Hollywood set designer tour de force to go as far as one's imagination may be able to run with it. Imagine a humungous Marti Gras or Rose Bowl float edicated to ending the killings of warfare and ridding our nation of the current occupant of the White House.

As time has now become very critical for this voyage some six weeks away, so is the need for some very serious and rapid funding. We're prepared to set sail, are there those who will step up and provide the necessary funding to make this a reality and we believe the truly first American barge demonstration that is utilizing the novel concept of a push tug and barge in the nations capitol, upon the waters of the Potomac.

In the name of peace for all,

Jim Goodnow

Capt. Steve Richter
